As a result, we often disconnect from our emotions and intuition in favor of logical thinking.

This can leave us feeling disconnected from our bodies, our femininity, and even from other women. However, there is another way. By embarking on a journey to the Sacred Essence of our Being, we can reconnect with our divine feminine power.

As a result, our relationships with others can suffer. We may feel depleted, resentful, and disconnected.

It can be easy to fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others and feeling that we don't measure up. But the truth is that we are all unique and special, each having our own gifts and talents to share with the world.

The key is to love and accept ourselves exactly as we are. When we do this, we open the door to Divine Guidance and allow Spirit to flow through us unhindered.

We become a clear channel for Love to express itself in the world.

For many women, the process of healing requires a safe and supportive environment. This is why it is so important to create a safe container for women to engage in their own healing. By providing this type of space, we are creating an opportunity for women to connect with one another, to share their experiences, and to learn and grow together. In doing so, we are empowering women to heal themselves, and to create lasting change in their lives.

Sacred Plant Medicine ceremony with Sacred Rapé.

Rape´ is a traditional shamanic snuff made from finely ground tobacco and a variety of other herbs. It is used in sacred ceremonies by indigenous tribes in the Amazon region as a way to connect with the spiritual realm and promote healing. The act of taking rape´ is considered extremely sacred. Rape´ can be a powerful tool for grounding and centering oneself, as well as for restoring balance and harmony in one's life. It has the potential to transform both body and soul.

Temaezcal ceremony (Sweat lodge, the womb of Pachamama-Mother Earth):

 We will pray, sing and sweat together, connecting with each other on a deep level, supporting and empowering each other from the depths of our womb. The heat of the Temezcal helps us to let go of anything that is no longer serving us, and the prayers help us to connect with our highest selves. The experience is profoundly moving, and it always leaves us feeling more connected to ourselves and to the women around us.

Connect with the elements and have beautiful shamanic ceremonies.

The elements are a part of us and we are a part of them. They are our teachers, our healers, and our protectors. When we connect with them, we connect with our highest selves. We will learn how to work with the elements to create balance and harmony in our lives. We will use their power to heal ourselves and others. We will use their energy to manifest our deepest desires. We will be guided by their wisdom as we walk the path of our lives.

Ancestor and soul healing with family constellations is a powerful way to connect with our lineage from this and past life times. We will connect with our soul family and heal traumas. By doing this work, we can release patterns of behavior that no longer serve us and create new, more positive patterns. We can also receive guidance and support from our ancestors, which can help us to live more fulfilling and joyful lives.

Alchemy Breathing Ceremonies:

Alchemy Breathing is a powerful breathing technique that can help you to heal on many levels. This type of breath work combines conscious breathing, gentle body accupunture, movement, sound therapy and healing affirmations. The aim is to help you to release any blocks that are holding you back from living your best life. This practices helps to clear stagnant energy, emotions and traumas that are stored in the body. Alchemy breathing is a potent tool that can help you to feel more balanced, present and aligned with your highest self.

A Transformational Journey at the Four-Day Women's Retreat I had the privilege of attending the four-day women's retreat this past weekend, and it was nothing short of magical. The story of how I found this retreat is a testament to the power of intention and the universe's response to our desires. Before embarking on this retreat, I had set my intention clear - I wanted a women's retreat close by, within driving distance, and affordable for my birthday. Two years ago, my sister was going through a transitional point in her life where she had to have some major life-saving surgery. I’m not sure if it was this, my mom becoming ill, or me coming up on my 40th birthday that made me realize that there’s much more to this life than I have even begun to see. I took a trip to Sedona, where I met Jana at an art fair and started sessions with her shortly after. That journey led me to The Divine Temple last September, for the Sacred Medicine Women Retreat. I met a group of women there that are now my sisters, and it began to change my life. After that, I began to incorporate what I learned into my daily life and booked another retreat with these beautiful ladies in Tulum. I've been on a spiritual path most of my life. I took my grandmother to church at the age of 5, and at 6, I would preach the word of God to whoever would listen.

Around that same time, I began to have psychic visions and intuitive experiences that would guide me throughout my life.

In adulthood, I pursued various modalities of energy healing and studied countless tools and techniques acquired through 17+ years as a student of Spirit/God/Divine Awareness. It is through endless hours of meditation and dedication that I have been able to channel all that I teach now.

Janaina's spiritual education extended beyond the borders of Brazil. She spend time with a Mexican Shaman in Brazil where she had the privilege of studying diverse backgrounds and traditions. With roots deeply anchored in the traditions of her homeland and enriched by her experiences with shamans from Brazil and Mexico, Janaina's path as a shaman is one of profound significance. Her innate connection to the spiritual realms, her rich lineage of teachings, and her unwavering dedication to her craft make her a powerful conduit of transformation and healing.

Janaina has diligently studied a multitude of healing modalities from Kambo Practitioner, Hypnosis, Inner Child Healing, and earning certification as a Spiritual Healer with The Divine Temple.
