Nam Shakti, a Kundalini Yoga teacher, and Dagmara, a Vinyasa Yoga teacher, created this workshop for people who struggle to find balance in their busy lives.

This workshop is catered to both men and women who are looking to find alternative ways to find inner peace and balance. Whether you are a working professional or a stay at home mom. We all deal with different levels of stress and often feel overwhelmed and rushed in our interactions with others.
This workshop is perfect for those of you who are looking to learn how to create a more peaceful space internally and externally, so you feel happier and more at ease in your life.
We welcome all ages, sizes and experience levels. We believe that the beautiful practice of yoga can enrich the lives of all people, bring them peace, release tension and destress our mind and body.

In this balancing workshop you will learn two different approaches to relaxation and de-stressing.
During the work shop you will:
Have the opportunity to find out how you can move with breath and invite peace into those busy and stressful situations.
You will experience a beautiful sound bath that will help clear and align your chakras or energy centers.
You will be guided into meditation to help you clear your mind and destress.
You learn different breathing techniques to balance your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.
You will learn some balancing yoga poses to help you find focus.
